If Bellevue College (the Event’s site host), closes its campus or Event location on the Event date, or otherwise cancels, moves, or postpones the Event for any reason (or for no reason at all), JIA Foundation may cancel the Event at any time up to and including the day of the Event.

In light of rapidly changing COVID-19 circumstances as well as the heightened risk of inclement weather in January (i.e., snowstorm, ice storm, etc.), in the event that JIA Foundation in its sole and absolute discretion concludes that it cannot safely and reasonably conduct the Event, JIA Foundation may cancel the Event at any time up to and including the day of the Event.

If the Event will be cancelled, JIA Foundation will endeavor to notify all attendees and participants as quickly as reasonably possible, and a “make-up” Event (if any) will be on-line only (not in-person).
